Despite being the smallest body in the lineup, the X-M5 runs the full modern simulation set — every recipe here works, including Reala Ace and Nostalgic Negative. Its 26MP X-Trans V sensor renders grain slightly more visibly than the 40MP bodies at the same setting, which flatters film-emulation recipes. No viewfinder means you judge the recipe live on the LCD — what you see is the JPEG you get.
