Support.
FujiRecipes is a small product built by one person. If something isn't working, or you have a question the answers below don't cover, write to us — a real human reads every message.
The fastest way to reach us is email: [email protected]. We aim to reply within two business days.
To help us help you quickly, please include your iPhone model, your iOS version, the camera body you're shooting, and — if a recipe generation failed — roughly when it happened and the prompt you used.
A generation failed or timed out. Recipes are generated by an AI model over the network. If a request fails, check your connection and try again — a failed generation does not consume your weekly free recipe. If failures persist, email us with the approximate time so we can check the logs.
A recipe doesn't fit my camera. Treat every recipe as a starting point to test in-camera, not a verified setting. Some film simulations and settings are only available on certain Fujifilm bodies; if a recipe references a control your camera doesn't have, pick the closest equivalent or generate a new recipe and name your exact body in the prompt.
How many recipes can I generate? The free tier includes a limited number of generations per week, which refill each Friday. A subscription unlocks unlimited generations.
Managing or cancelling. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. To view, change, or cancel a subscription, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone and select FujiRecipes. Cancelling turns off auto-renewal; you keep access until the end of the current period.
Restoring a purchase. If you reinstall the app or switch devices, use Restore Purchases on the subscription screen to recover an active subscription tied to your Apple ID.
Refunds. All payments are processed by Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store Terms of Service. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot process payments or issue refunds on Apple's behalf.
FujiRecipes does not require you to create an account. Your saved recipes live on your device. You can delete everything by removing the app from your iPhone.
To request deletion of any data associated with your use of the service, email [email protected]. For details on what we collect and why, see the Privacy Policy.
The app won't open or feels stuck. Force-quit and reopen it, then make sure you're on the latest version from the App Store and running a supported version of iOS. A device restart clears most transient issues.
Weather or scene context looks wrong. Recipes can factor in your local light and weather. If that context is off, check that the app has the location permission you intended in Settings → FujiRecipes, and that your device's date and time are correct.
